WHY CHOOSE 5S?
We use Structural Grade 304 and 316 stainless steel, which is the highest grade to be anticorrosive and durable. The material is high tensile strength, meaning it can resist more force applied against it and "screw-clamped" designs ensure high efficiency against knife attack.
It is much thicker, we use 0.8 and 0.9mm thickness, the normal screen is only 0.23mm; And precisely woven, so every strand backs up the other, it is strong enough and cannot be cutted and broken.
Blocks Heat Transfer-Almost half of the heat from a fire source on the other side of the screen does not transfer through mesh, reduce the radiant heat and spread of flame, keeps home cooler in Summer and warmer in Winter.
Uncoated Marine steel has a higher resistance to corrosion when immersed in salt-water, but our specially developed black powder coating gives Structural Grade mesh rust resistance far beyond the normal stainless steel.
